I trained with Dalia Burgoin of the Telepathy Tapes and with Rob Freeman of Vision Without Eyes. After my first workshop I found I could open MindSight in other people, and I have been doing it since.

The method is simple. A blackout mask, a flashlight, verbal guidance, and a nervous system settled enough to let something through. You could call it a meditative state. My work is to hold space so you can drop the self criticism and the frustration that shut this down. We rarely give ourselves permission for childlike play as adults, and that permission is the thing that makes it work.

Sessions are one to one, paced to you, and built around whichever channel opens first. Some people get color sensing in a single session. Others take three. Both are normal.
